PROCESS

Take your time to browse through the store. The collection will change regularly. For an ultimate inspirational experience choose All Items, or choose the Fine Art or Interior Design section. Use the search icon for a specific quest. Click on the item of your choice for more information and more photos (when available). Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, add the item to the cart and go to check out. After payment you will automatically receive an order and payment confirmation from House of Harlington. House of Harlington then notifies the respective artist or designer that the item is sold and hands over your contact details. Unless other arrangements apply and are specified before payment, the item(s) including the invoice will be delivered within 14 days. Other arrangements can include self-pick up or additional costs. See below for more details.

GENERAL

House of Harlington operates as a platform and intermediate between artists and designers and potential buyers. All displayed items on houseofharlington.com are owned and in the possession of the artists or designers. Prices mentioned are in Euro and including 9% VAT and are appointed by the respective artists or designers.

House of Harlington offers the following secure and reliable payment methods: PayPal, iDEAL, bank card and SEPA Debit.
Dimensions mentioned are in centimeters (length – width – height) and can slightly deviate from the actual dimensions.
Standard Dutch consumer regulations apply on all transactions.

DELIVERY

The artist or designer is responsible for packing and delivery of the respective item in a timely manner. The invoice will be supplied by the artist or designer upon delivery of the item. If no specifications for delivery are mentioned, the price is including delivery costs. All efforts will be made to deliver the item to the buyer within 14 days. In the unlikely situation that delivery will take longer than 14 days, House of Harlington shall inform the buyer promptly. House of Harlington will be available to attend to and support the process.

For buyers that request delivery outside the Benelux we urge them to contact us before buying to agree on the delivery specifics, since additional delivery costs outside the Benelux are applicable.

RETURN

In the unlikely situation that the purchased item on houseofharlington.com should not meet the expectations of the buyer and they wish to return the item, the buyer must inform House of Harlington in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. Standard Dutch consumer regulations will apply.

PRIVACY

Personal and contact details of visitors and buyers on houseofharlington.com shall not be used by House of Harlington or the respective artist or designer in any other way than to assure a flawless execution of the sales and transfer process, unless otherwise indicated by the visitor or buyer, for example by subscribing to the newsletter.
